ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE
The institute has set up an Anti- Ragging Committee under the leadership of the Head of the Institute to ensure that measures for prevention of ragging and monitoring mechanisms are in place. There are also provisions for actions to be taken against students for indulging in an abetting raging. Anti-ragging committee is constituted in this institute to prevent ragging and to take measures as per the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court of India & UGC.
Objectives
- To Maintain healthy learning environment in college and for safety against ragging is ensured for junior students.
- To absolutely prohibit ragging within or outside the college campus.
- To prevent the occurrence of ragging by following Anti-Raging measures in the Institution.
- To provide punishment to those indulging in ragging as per the guidelines.
- To sensitize Students, Staffs and Parents to adopt measures that will prevent ragging.
